Spurgeon (Jennie), Jamie Spurgeon (Shelly Adams) and Karen Sue Spurgeon; her brothers, Jackie and Donald Strange (Judy); her granddaughters, Holly Blevins (Kyle) and Hillary Campbell (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Easton, Madden Blevins, Hunter and Adelaide Campbell. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
