She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Hembree (Anthony), Jamie Stamper (Josh) and Amie Botts (Amy); her grandchildren, Sarah Leslie, Zander, Dakota, Jaxson, Rion Hembree, Carson, Sophia, Layla Stamper and Jayden Means; her stepsons, Daniel and Brian Purvis; her siblings, Ronnie Clark, Stephen Clark (Beth), Jeff Clark (Gail), Charlotte McCord, Wanda Gilkenson, Kathy Henderson (Gary) and Marsha Martin (Bud); and her pet Gaby Botts.
