He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond and Zella Mize Moore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Price Moore; his daughters, Robin Crump (David) and Kim Moore; his granddaughters, Rebecca Goosey (Eric) and Caitlin Crump; and his brother John Moore (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391.
