He is survived by: his wife Sheila Forsythe Bergquist; his children, James Bergquist and Ashley Imel (Aaron); his granddaughter Delaney Stephens; his stepchildren, Charles, Danelle Hargis and Claire Finch of Texas; and his stepgranddaughter Hallie Hammock. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
