It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Toews (Winchester, Kentucky), born in Wasco, California, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Walda; his parents, George Raymond and Monica Violet Toews; his children, Timothy (Jess Toews) of Winchester, KY, David (Rachel Toews) of Lexington, KY and Anna (Andrew Segre) of Fredericksburg, VA; his brothers, Gary Toews, David Toews and Jonathan Toews; and his grandchildren, Nadia, Marley Toews, Madelyn, Hannah, Jeremiah Toews, Makaiah, Noah, Lucas and Karis Segre.
