He is survived by: his spouse Dixine Joan Holeman Mills; and his children, Craig Allen Mills (Gloria), Rick Ivan Mills (Gwen), Mark Steven Mills, Michael Lee Mills (Linda) and Paula Marie Marlowe (Darrin). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
