He was predeceased by: his father Earnest Fox; his daughter-in-law Martha Ann "Missy" Gullette-Fox; and his siblings, Forster Fox, Luther Fox, Cedith Fox Barrett, Wilgus, Wanda, Billy and Carolyn Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Carol Minton Fox; his son Ernie L. Fox of Winchester; his grandsons, Ernest William "Bubby" Fox (Morgan Reck) of Winchester and Dylan Anthony Gullette-Fox of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Theodore Charles "Teddy" Fox of Winchester and Baylee Anne Fox of Winchester; and his brothers, Art Fox of Beattyville, Bobby Fox (Brenda) of Winchester and Carlos Fox (Melinda) of Lebanon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
