He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Caudill and Bessie Holder Caudill; his son Henry Nelson Caudill, Jr.; and his brother Charlie Caudill. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Caudill, April Caudill Amburgey (Brian), William Caudill (Carrie) and Steven Ashley (Tabatha); his grandchildren, Michelle Dodson (Jacob), Austin Caudill (Katie), William Caudill, Aiden Caudill, LaRon Ashley, Zachariah Ashley, Adikus Ashley and Izabelles Ashley; his great grandchildren, Brody Dodson, Aydrick Caudill and Raegan Dodson; and his siblings, Linda Schooler of Winchester, Barbara Wrenn of Winchester, Sarah Estes of Winchester, Sharon Caudill of Winchester, Mary Khalel of Florida, Cecil Caudill of Winchester, William "BooBoo" Caudill of Winchester, James Caudill of Winchester, Mike Caudill of Winchester, Ralph Caudill of Winchester and Alvin Caudill of Texas. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
