She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Martin Sr.; her parents, Harlan Reed and Grace Estes Reed; her grandson Robert Moberly Jr.; and her siblings, James, Reed, Charles Reed, Chester Reed, Bertha Layne, Stella Layne and Katherine Brewster.
She is survived by: her children, Chester Abbott Sr., Fannie Smith, Grace Jarman (Bill), Teresa Cramer and Roy "Captain" Martin Jr. (Sabrina); her stepdaughter Phyliss Bryant; her grandchildren, Chasity Watkins (Bernard), Chester Abbott Jr., Jessica Cox (Jason), Becky Young (Michael), Angie Cramer, Christy Saylor (Dwight), Dustin Cramer, Joshua Martin and Taylor Martin; and her sister Wavelee Finney. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
