He was predeceased by: his parents, Philmore Kiser and Lucy Corns Kiser; and his sister Opal Fairchild. He is survived by: his children, Carl Kiser (Trish), Elaine Kinney (Brian), Phillip Kiser (Tammy) and Randall Kiser (Casey); his grandchildren, David Kiser (Kayla), DeeDee Akers (Chase), Jeremy Kiser, Michael Kiser, Lucas Kiser, Lucy Kinney and Logan Kinney; his great grandchildren, Colton, Cooper and Cannon Akers; and his siblings, Philmore Kiser, Jr., Herma Howard, Betty Fairchild, Phyllis Abney and Shirley Nichols. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Central Baptist Church, 101 West Lexington Avenue, Winchester, KY 40391.
