It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold C. Willoughby (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Willoughby and Sarah Elizabeth Haggard Willoughby; and his son Roy Edward Willoughby. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Carol Willoughby and Sandra Kay Nix; and his grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Nix, Gerald Willis Nix, Joshua Caywood Hughes, RJ Willoughby and Thomas Lee Hughes (Payton Losh). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
