Wilkinson (Monica), Randall Craig Smith, Jr., Anthony Michael Smith (Daniel Bates) of Hazel Green, KY, Jessica Aline Fraley of Winchester, KY and Chasity Nicole Wadsworth of Richmond, KY; and his siblings, Howard Wilkinson (Glenda), Rick Wilkinson (Sharon), Randy Wilkinson (Barb) and Janice Conway (Jimmy).
