She is survived by: her children, Timothy Joseph Fugate and Amy Jaclyn Rouse; her siblings, David Ray Haddix and Olga Getsch; her grandchildren, Thomas, Joseph, Benjamin of Anthony, TJ, Claudia and Oliver; and her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Zander and Phoenix.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
