He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clayton and Nannie Jane McIntosh Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Spencer (Josephine) of Winchester and Greg Spencer of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Kayla Watts of Winchester, Allyson Hardeman (Blake) of Winchester, Brandon Woosley of Winchester, Crystal Dieckmann (Nathan) of Indiana, Lucas Spencer (Kara) of Indiana and Whitney Brodt (Wade) of Indiana. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
