He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Crutcher and Laura Billups Crutcher; and his siblings, Rebecca Burton, Robert Crutcher, Jr., Vincent and Victor Crutcher.

He is survived by: his close friend Donna Lyle; and his siblings, Susan Owens, Ramona Gerard and Joe Crutcher. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
