She was predeceased by: her parents, Osa Kincaid and Nora Houndshell Kincaid; her husband Ollie "O. W." Evans; her daughter Olivia Jessica Evans; and her siblings, Herman Kincaid, Azel Kincaid, Clifford Kincaid, Marvin Kincaid, Eugene Kincaid, Evelee Page, Ruby Kincaid and Mildred Kincaid.
She is survived by: her children, Oliver Wendell Evans, Jr. of West Liberty, Kentucky, Melody McCarty (Brent) of Winchester and Lena Leonard (Allen) of Chandler, Indiana; and her sisters, Athena Gross of Plainfield, Beulah Shepherd of Indianapolis and Patricia Mayabb of Campton, Kentucky.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
