He is survived by: his wife Grace Elaine Stipp Isaacs; his children, James Isaacs (Twig) of Fairfield, OH, Billy Isaacs (Pam) of Frankfort, KY, Johnny Isaacs (Carey) of Winchester, KY, Tammy Mullins (Lamont) of Winchester, KY, Terri Timberman of Winchester, KY and Pamela Banegas of Winchester, KY; and his stepson Bruce Stanfield (Nicole) of Hawthorne, CA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
