Spivey Puckett; his children, Barbara Pauline Ohlman of Winchester, Roger Franklin Puckett of Irvine and Kirt Wallace Puckett of Irvine, Kentucky.; his siblings, James Hanford Puckett Jr. of Gallatin, Judi Whitinger of Portsmouth, Katherine Mae Teeters of Ohio and Anna Carol Combs of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Ohlman, Barbara Lynn Ohlman Burton, Russ, Phillip Scott Puckett, Kara, Timothy Shane Puckett, Sheena Lasha Puckett, Megan Michelle Stepp and Shawn.
