He is survived by: his wife Vanita Jo Adams Moon of Winchester, Kentucky; and his children, Frank James Moon Jr. (Carla) of Florence and Elaine Moon of Paoli, Indiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
