He is survived by: his son Travis Willoughby of New Orleans; and his siblings, Shirley Jones of Winchester, KY, Billy Willoughby of Winchester, KY, Jimmy Willoughby of Winchester, KY and Tommy Joe Willoughby of Winchester, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
