She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Ceasar and Dora Short McIntosh; and her siblings, Mary McIntosh, Candus Spencer, Bertha Lewis, Lois Kilburn, Raymond, James H. and Lawrence Elbert McIntosh.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Arnold of Campton, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Versie McIntosh of Beattyville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
