It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvyn Starkey (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Starkey and Juna Carter Starkey; and his brother John Starkey. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Tucano of Jonesboro, GA; and his grandchildren, David Graham and Jamin Graham (Amber). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
