She was predeceased by: her son Rodney M. Mann of Lexington. She is survived by: her parents, Vernon W. of Jetmore and Lillian M. Koontz of Jetmore; her husband Randolph Mann; her son Kevin Mann (Gian Claudia Sciara) of Austin; her grandchildren, Violet Mann and Rosalind Mann; her sister Eva Koontz of Kansas City; and her half-sister Bonnie Steele of Fort Collins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Grace Baptist Church Youth Club in "Miss Ella"'s name.
