It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ratliff Smith (Winchester, Kentucky), born in Millersburg, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Phillip S. Mefford, William C. "Chet" Curtis, Earl S. Ratliff and Dorsey P Curtis. She is survived by: her son Michael Butler (Alesia); her granddaughter Samantha Brooke Butler; and her siblings, Wanda Littleton (Carl) and Robert Samuel Ratliff. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
