She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Worthington and John Worthington; her husband Harold P. Hurst; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Hurst. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Puckett (Steve), John C Carpenter (Sarah), Gerald Hurst (Grace) and Harold Hurst II; and her grandchildren, Jauna Carpenter, Janna Campbell, Missy Segress, Kathrine Hurst, Eric Carpenter of Harold Hurst, Travis Carpenter, Austin Carpenter and Michael Hurst.
