He was predeceased by: his wife Amy C. Toadvine David; and his parents, Earl Thomas David, Sr. and Linda Williams David. He is survived by: his children, Earl Thomas David, III, Ashley David, Jessie Cole and Wesley Clay David (Ofelia Miranda); his grandchild Kaedence Neal; his girlfriend Cindy Bledsoe; and his sisters, Tina Gonzalez and Rebecca Lynn Perry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
