She is survived by: her husband Gene Edward Layne, Sr.; her children, Matt Edward Layne (Sarah) of Jeffersonville and Lagenia Layne of Pikeville, Kentucky.; her brother Eddie Damron of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Genie Ann Layne and Madison Grace Layne; her great grandchildren, Elijah Layne and Jamar Layne; her great great grandchild Ashton Osborne; and her nephew Friends.
