It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dillard Finney of Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dillard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Dillard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his father Louie Finney. He is survived by: his mother Wavelee Finney; his children, Jonathan Finney, Jeffery Finney and Melissa Finney; and his sister Angelia Baker.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home (201 7th Ave, Clay City, KY 40312). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
