She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelt Evans and Mittie Evans; her husband Morson Lewis; her siblings, Sil "Bud" Evans, Floyd "Buster" Evans, Burl Evans, Haster Buell, Lois Lawson and Oppie "Annie" Mason; and her sons, George, Marion, David, Donald, Lester and Mark Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Marshall Lewis, Douglas Lewis (Kellie), Ethel Burson, Nancy Armstrong (Mark), Barbara Lewis and Mary Dishman (Randy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
