He is survived by: his daughter Mary Shearer Burgess (Tony); his granddaughters, Toni Marie Burgess and Jayne Burgess; his great grandchild Addyn Burgess; his granddaughter Adriana Burgess; his sister Becky Shearer Planck; and his close friends, Charles Lykins and Doris Estes. He is also survived by his family and friends.
