He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Hampton. He is survived by: his children, Danny Wayne Hampton (Jenny), Eugene C. Hampton and Rebecca Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Shane Hampton, Stormy Hampton, Xavier Smith, Autumn Smith and Aylissa Smith; and his siblings, Matildia Sams (Paul) and Charlie Hampton (Debbie Branham). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
