He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Eugene and Dollie Madison Allen Tomey; his wife Irene Harper; and his brother-in-law Mike Miller. He is survived by: his children, Derek Tomey, Justin Tomey (Amy Mooney) of Winchester, Camille Tomey of Lexington and Daniel Tomey (Debra Wellman). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
