He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ken Lewis (Carol) and Vickie McEldowney (Bill); his pet Curt; his wife Amy Lewis; his children, Morgan Householder (Parker), Kendra Lewis and Emily Schooler; his siblings, Vince Lewis (Charlotte) and Lauren Budrow (Brad); and his grandparents, Beatrice Baney, Harley, Doris Lewis, Jay and Shirley Baney.
