It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Jean Neeley (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Audley Lyle Shearer and Phyllis Lorain Rapier Shearer. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Neeley; her daughter Johnnene Boozer (Larry K.); her grandson Brenden Boozer; and her siblings, Brenda Owens (Thomas), Janet Hayes (Johnathan), Doris Goolman (Dennis), Jackie Morris (Frank) and Russell Shearer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
