She was predeceased by: her husband Ray L. Fulks; her parents, William McKenzie and Lola Ruth Lawson; her son Thomas Ray Fulks, Sr.; her stepfather J. C. Mallicoat; her son-in-law James Butler; her grandchildren, Suzanne Butler, John Ray Fulks and William Kelly Fulks; and her grandson-in-law Brad Holley.
She is survived by: her pet Cricket; her children, Sandra Fulks Butler, James "Jimmy" Gay Fulks and Robert Lynn Fulks (Donna); and her grandchildren, Sara Butler, James G. Fulks, Jr., Traci Lynn Mork (Ryan), Susan Elizabeth Salley (Harold), Jeffrey Alan Fulks (Dena), Aimee Ann Fulks, Theodore John Fulks, Christian Trey Fulks, Adaline Page Fulks, Christy Fulks Bush (Russ), Cindy Fulks Whiteside (Mark), Tommy "Butch" Fulks, Jr. (Sherry), Robert Lynn Fulks II, Ragan Leigh Fulks Preston (Marty) and Kelley Fulks Holley. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
