He is survived by: his children, David Lynch (Sarita), Tommy Moore, Terry (Santos) and Beverly Moore Taylor; his granddaughter Wendy Gilvin (Shannon); and his siblings, Carolyn Mofield and Douglas Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
