He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin June and Anna Louise Tipton; and his sisters, Sheila Horn and Margie Shuler. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Carter of Smithfield and Trina Horn of Irvine, Kentucky; his significant other Mary Mays of Beattyville, Kentucky; his siblings, Kenes Horn of Maysville, Kentucky and Michelle Coomer of Beattyville; and his grandchildren, Alexandria, Lorelai Lee, Rose-Erin Phillips, Nicholas and Jordan Ross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
