He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stamper and Stella Burkheart Stamper; and his brothers, Bill and Al Stamper. He is survived by: his children, Carl Stamper, Jr. (Shelley), Jeff Stamper (Jessica) and Karen Harper (Donnie); his grandchildren, Ashton Michael Stamper, Keeton Scott Stamper, Cody Alan Stamper, Heather LeAnn Byrd (Justin) and Dustin Kenneth Harper; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Aubrie Byrd; and his siblings, Clarence Stamper (Sue), Goldie Woosley (Billy), Dorothy Tipton and Pat Gray (Walter).
