She was predeceased by: her parents, John Logan and Bonnie Lou Neff Fallen; her son Tony Bruce Bothun; and her siblings, Lillie Collinsworth Byrd, Dennie, Corbet, James, J. C. and Scottie Fallen.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Sue Bothun; and her grandchildren, Zachary Elliott Bothun, Andrea Hawkins Shelton, Nathan Hawkins, James Hawkins, Jessica Ballard, Luke Ballard and Ryder Cruse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
