He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Havens Richardson; his children, Paul Williams (Geneva), Tina Williams, Robert Williams (Alisha), Jeffrey Williams (Crickett Moore) and Andreas Mendoza (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brian Crawford (Melissa), Pam Crawford, Scotty Flannery, Tiffany Viveros (Guillermo), Juan, Jeffrey (Jaden) of Crystal, PJ, Austin, Jewel, Micah, Ashton, Brandon, Madison, Brooklyn, Gracie, Bobby Williams, Kayli and Alayna Mendoza; and his siblings, Paula Thompson, Patty Wasson, Shirley Richardson, Connie Gibson and Gary Richardson. He is also survived by great grandchildren, family and friends.
