He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Curtis and Carrie Curtis; and his brother Chester Lee Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Connie Curtis; his children, Richard Curtis (Ann), Billy Ray Curtis, Dee Birkes (Lora), Chad Birkes (Kristal), Francis Scott (Bob) and Carol Pitts (Harold); and his siblings, Donald Ray Curtis, Ralph Curtis, Robert Curtis, Mary Jo Curtis, Wanda Newby and Leila Mingua. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
