She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth H. McIntosh; her parents, Merlin Rison and Sarah Clem Rison; her siblings, Dorothy Little, Merlin Vestie Rison and Merlin Guy Rison; her children, Brenda McIntosh and Robert Earl McIntosh; and her grandsons, Tony Whiteman and Patrick Hunter McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Buck" (Cindy), Larry McIntosh (Karen), Diane Willoughby (Billy) and Kathy McIntosh; her grandchildren, Karla Prather (Brian), Logan McIntosh, Sarah McIntosh, Jennifer Wasson (Tim), Whitney Curtis (Steve), Andrew McIntosh (Kayne), Cassie Cockrell (Jordan), Haley Atwood (Michael), Nickolas Willoughby and Dalton McIntosh; her brother Roscoe Rison; and her aunt Fannie Lutes. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
