She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Ballard Dixon and Inis Hampton Dixon; and her husband E. W. Haggard. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Haggard Shearer; her grandson Christopher (Holly); her great grandchildren, Olivia and Lucy; and her brother Les B. Dixon (Angie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
