It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belvin Lee Haggard (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Haggard and Lucy Johnson Haggard; and his son Adam Haggard. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Raney (Robert); his grandchildren, Shelby Raney, Cole Raney, Jessica Haggard, Samantha Haynes, Megan Haggard and Melonie Haggard; and his former wife Joy Shelley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
