She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Means and Ruth MacPherson Means of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; her brother Robert B. Spencer of Columbus; and her son-in-law Alan Woodring of Winchester, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Dennis E Smith; her brother Stephen M. Means of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; her children, Gail Gibbs (Raymond) of Winchester, Michele Foster (Steve) of Louisville, Shannon Woodring of Winchester and Dennis M. Smith (Lynnette) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Stephen Perkins of Winchester, Robert Hempel of Killeen, Tayler Hempel of Lousiville, Krystyn Perkins of Winchester, D. Logan Whitt of Winchester, Matthew Smith of Winchester, Natalie Smith of Winchester, Alayna Woodring of Winchester and Lauren Woodring of Winchester; and her great grandchildren, Heaven Baker, Izaiah Jett, Landon Perkins, Tyler Hempel, Layla Smith and Laci Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
