He is survived by: his wife Mary Hedges Welch; his children, David Welch, Laura Welch Frazier, Janice Welch Hopper, Kathy Welch Hager, Arthur Welch, Jr., Gary Allen Rison and Desanka Rison Haungs; his grandson Bradley Welch; and his siblings, Ronald Welch, Dorlene Kennon, Barbara Raney and Larry Puckett. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
