He is survived by: his mother Sharon Morton Neal; his wife Dianna Neal of Winchester; his son Alexander Chase Neal (Samantha Jo) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Alyse Claire Neal and Bowen Chase Neal; his siblings, Jeffery Neal (Mary) of Winchester and Deborah Watson of Winchester; his uncle David Neal (Kathy); his aunts, Faye Garrett, Linda Estep (Willard) and Betty Pelfrey (Howard); his nephew Justin Neal; his nieces, Kagan Watson-Conley (Michael), McKaley Watson and Jessica Neal; and his great-nephew Hunter Watson.
