He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Fraley and Edna Fraley; his wife Carrie Fraley; his son Brian Fraley; and his brothers, Noble, William and Bernard Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew Dale Fraley of Lexington and Andrea Reed (Jack) of Lexington; and his sister Mary Ann Estes of Winchester. He is also survived by two grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
