She is survived by: her parents, Billy Joel Spicer and Amy LeighAnn Nickell; her siblings, Haylee, Kaylee, Chloe, William, Brittany and Casey Spicer; her aunts and uncles, Julia Miller, Jessica Feder, Susan Withrow, Sherry Nickell, Daniel Nickell, Jacob Nickell, Dennis Spicer, Arthur Spicer, Kenneth Withrow and Joe Feder; her grandparents, Betty Spicer, Diana Spicer, Gary Crawford and Lisa Stamper; and her friend Corey Carpenter.
