She is survived by: her children, Elbert Perry of Tomahawk, KY, Janet Sanders of Amarillo, TX and Cathy Wadsworth of Winchester, KY.; and her grandchildren, Jessica Fraley, Sheila Smith, Randall Smith, Anthony Smith, Chasity Wadsworth, Hazel Branham, Kathleen Branham, Douglas Branham, Janet Whitt, Chris Whitt, Michael Whitt, Jackie Pierce, Matthew Perry, Stacy Perry, Aaliyah Crawford, Mason McCarty, Kamron Smith, Shai Ireland, Jackson Ireland and David Lee Perry. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
